(Post Ref.: 25/148)Responsibilities
  • Providing assistance in course preparation
  • Attendance to evening classes and/or daytime classes as assigned
  • Facilitating small team discussion under the supervision of the course instructors
  • Coordinating various student activities
  • Working closely with a team of teaching staff on a large-scale course, be responsible for practical and day-to-day aspects of course coordination, and support lectures on course delivery and assessment
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or above, preferably with relevant qualification and experience in tertiary education
  • Good command of both English and Mandarin
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational skills and communication skills with ability to work independently
  • Passionate in student caring are required
  • Proactive, willing and capable to handle projects
  • Having an understanding of the Taught Postgraduate Programme would be a plus
The appointee will work in the main campus and Satellite Campus Venues (Lingnan@WestKowloon) and may need to work outside normal office hours including evenings and weekends.Applicants should provide a CV and information about their work experience and academic qualifications.Salary and Benefits
