- Manage and troubleshoot on Windows server system and other visualisation platform like VMWare.
- Perform server, storage and network maintenance, administration, backup and restore, health check, performance tuning and capacity planning.
- Basic firewall policy and DB table space update
- Provide ad-hoc maintenance service on roster basis
- Conduct preventive maintenance, system performance analysis and reporting to IT senior management
- Coordinate with vendor for providing daily supports and solutions to customers
- Manage infrastructure upgrade and implementation projects
- Compile service reports and conduct service review meetings
- Higher Diploma holder or above in Computer Science/ Information Technology disciplines
- At least 4 years relevant experience in system administration and break fix support
- Hands-on experience in Windows and server visualisation platform (VMware ESXi 6.5 or above)
- Knowledge /certification on Cloud platforms
- Experience in supporting HP infrastructure is an advantage
- Willing to acquire new technology and skill, and proactively provide improvement measures
- Familiar with change management and ITIL certified
- Fluency in Cantonese and English
