- Lead the development of sales analytics framework to support regular reporting and thematic business initiatives within the Sales Department
- Oversee the tracking and analysis of sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to guide strategic planning and drive business outcomes
- Partner with the Sales Management Office to design and implement sales growth strategies
- Represent the Sales Management Office in cross-departmental coordination for new business development, process optimization, and product enhancements
- Manage and curate effective frontline communications, encompassing internal events, training programs, and daily operational support
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Management, or related discipline
- Strong understanding of SFC regulations and proven experience in financial services, including wealth management, private banking, or brokerage across fixed income, securities, and derivatives
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels
- Sharp analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and the ability to translate data into strategic, actionable plans
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
