Responsibilities:Do mechanical and thermal designs for optical modules and sensing devices.Prepare technical drawings and arrange the outsourcing for prototyping development.Provide suggestions on the mass-production availability of the mechanical designs.Design and verify system-integration-based engineering specifications.Perform structural and thermal simulations based on the designs.Support the demo of the optical system.Support the failure analysis assigned by the team leader.Qualifications:Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering/ Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.Familiar with equipment manufacturing is a plus.Have initiative and be proactive and creative.Excellent work planning and organisation skills. Experience in workshop management and operational procedures development is a plus.Proficiency in using 3D engineering software such as Creo, AutoCAD etc. to develop 3D models, 2D assembly and engineering drawings.Strong problem-solving and logical thinking, task-orientated and proactive team player.Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
