Our Visual Merchandisers drive that, making sure customers have a seamless experience in-store.Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the implementation of company VM standards at the store level, including window displays, in-store visuals, mannequins, hotspots and in-store decoration.
  • Maintain and organize all VM equipment and materials efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Support layout adjustments, product handling, and renovation/store opening projects.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels between the store's commercial team and the marketing team.
  • Provide creative input and recommendations to enhance VM initiatives.
  • Contribute by sharing market insights, expertise, and connections to support the development of VM strategies.
Job Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with relevant experience in retail fashion (VM, Retail Sales) are a plus.
  • Strong fashion sense and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to established guidelines.
  • Collaborative team player with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in email and MS Office applications.
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and English.
