Key Responsibilities: * Lead the capital markets team in the origination, structuring, and execution of debt and equity financings, including public offerings, private placements, and other capital raising activities.

Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, investment banks, and other financial intermediaries to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Collaborate with the executive team to formulate and implement the company's capital markets strategy, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.
Provide market intelligence and insights to support decision-making and to inform the company's capital allocation and risk management practices.
Manage the end-to-end deal process, from initial pitch to closing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Job Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or CPA) is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in deal origination and execution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Deep understanding of financial markets, products, and regulations, with experience in managing complex transactions.
Fluent in Mandarin and English;
