My client is a prominent Japanese company currently seeking a Senior HR & Admin Officer.Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and processes.
  • Design and execute training programs for staff development.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Handle recruitment activities from job posting to training new hires.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and office support.
  • Assist in organizing company events.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or diploma.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration and HR management.
  • Knowledge of employment regulations.
  • Proficient in Japanese, English, and Chinese (both spoken and written).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
