- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and processes.
- Design and execute training programs for staff development.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Handle recruitment activities from job posting to training new hires.
- Perform general administrative tasks and office support.
- Assist in organizing company events.
- Relevant degree or diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration and HR management.
- Knowledge of employment regulations.
- Proficient in Japanese, English, and Chinese (both spoken and written).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
