Posting Date: 2025-09-02Estee Lauder (Hong Kong) Ltd(Part Time) Marketing Assistant, MACWe are looking for part-time Marketing Assistant for our brand.What You Will AchieveWork with PM on the End-To-End product launch management process from market analysis data collection, competitor analysis, forecast data preparation to GTM execution supports.Assist in preparing HKTW NPD, Hero products sales reports, event reports, monthly IG performance report and meeting materials consolidate for international meetings, including weekly Meetings, Brand Meeting and Sales Meetings.Work with various parties on PR and marketing promotions proactively and independentlySupport on Media, KOL, KOC seeding and relationship maintain to optimize the brand exposure with measurable results.Track campaign performance, update trackers, analyze KPIs, and prepare launch and campaign recaps.Provide copy for newsletters, CRM, and online activations, aligning with brand messaging.Work with VM to supports on events and store engagement, including strong copywriting and translation skill on marketing collateralsPlan, coordinate and support the implementation of VM activities at store level include assortment list maintain, tester management and SMC stock update.Work with brand team, online team and commercial team to ensure all promotion and events are on smooth executionOther ad-hoc marketing related tasks.What You Will NeedDegree holder in Marketing, Business Management or related disciplinesProactive, Strong Sense of Responsibility, Detail-minded & Willing to LearnProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelMinimum 1-2 years of marketing experience from MNCInterested parties, please click "Apply Now' to submit your application.
