Senior Marketing Officer / Assistant Marketing Manager

• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote our products.
• Assist in creating compelling marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights for marketing strategies.
• Manage and update the company's website, ensuring accurate product listings, engaging content, and a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with the online community, fostering positive brand interactions.
• Analyze marketing data, including website traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback, to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the F&B or E-commerce industry.
