Proactively generate quality leads, develop strategic partnerships, and initiate cold pitches to attract new clients, while nurturing relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.Client Relationship Management: Take ownership of managing client expectations, ensuring exceptional account servicing to retain and strengthen valuable business relationships. Strive to become a trusted partner by delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.Performance Review & Continuous Improvement: Analyse business development performance through measurable KPIs, including revenue growth, client retention, and satisfaction. Continuously propose and implement strategies to enhance sales capabilities and drive performance improvements.Collaborative Strategy Alignment: Work closely with the marketing team to align business development efforts with broader marketing strategies, identifying new business segments, creating tailored value propositions, and optimising sales campaigns to maximise results.Market & Competitor Insights: Stay ahead of the curve by continuously monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts. Use this intelligence to identify new opportunities, refine business strategies, and stay competitive.Gen Z Market Familiarity: Be familiar with or willing to develop an understanding of the Gen Z market, staying up-to-date with the latest trends, preferences, and digital behaviors to tailor business development strategies and marketing approaches accordingly.Proposal development: Contribute to the creation of impactful sales deck and related promotional materials, and assist with other business development initiatives to drive engagement and sales growth.Ad-Hoc & Special Projects: Take on ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to meeting business needs.Basic Requirements:Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, with at least 4 years' relevant full-time work experience.
