- Plan and schedule project activities, allocating support resources effectively
- Coordinate and monitor daily progress, ensuring tasks are completed within set deadlines
- Ensure timely project delivery and proactively communicate with all stakeholders
- Liaise with consultants, landlords, and government authorities to facilitate project execution
- Specialize in fit-out projects for chain stores
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Building, Construction, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of contractual procedures and expertise in project cost and budget control
- Familiarity with government regulations, including those from the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, Fire Services Department, and Buildings Department
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, and AutoCAD
- Candidates with catering industry exposure will be favorably considered
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for junior positions
