Plan and schedule project activities, allocating support resources effectively
Coordinate and monitor daily progress, ensuring tasks are completed within set deadlines
Ensure timely project delivery and proactively communicate with all stakeholders
Liaise with consultants, landlords, and government authorities to facilitate project execution
Specialize in fit-out projects for chain stores

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Building, Construction, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management
Strong knowledge of contractual procedures and expertise in project cost and budget control
Familiarity with government regulations, including those from the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, Fire Services Department, and Buildings Department
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficient in both written and spoken English
Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, and AutoCAD
Candidates with catering industry exposure will be favorably considered
Immediate available is highly preferred
Candidates with less experience may be considered for junior positions
