
Assistant Manager, Channel Management (IANG visa holders are welcome)

- Handle the administrative tasks and general office duties for the entire Cross Border Team
- Assist Head of Private Banking Department, in particular Cross-Border Retail Business (Hong Kong team), in managing resources of Sales Team, generating management reports and providing support to any ad-hoc projects
- Coordinate with other departments in preparing sales and services events, such as setting up meetings, services & sales conference, training workshops and events on need basis
- Assist Chief Business Officer of Personal Banking and Head of Private Banking Department to implement various projects for sales & operations management
- Take up co-ordination role with all departments and teams to get prepared management reports and ensure timely submission to respective divisions and executive management
- Perform other adhoc projects or assignments
- Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience in administrative/ supporting roles in consumer banking field
- Mature, well organized, attentive to details, and strong senses of responsibilities
- Strong analytical skills and independent
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PPT and Chinese Word Processing
- Pleasant and outgoing personally with good interpersonal and communication skills
