- Manage team member to handle end-to-end recruitment process for both frontline and office role, from candidate searching, job ads posting, CV screening and shortlisting, interview arrangement and holding, offer making, reference checking to onboarding arrangement.
- Identify company recruitment need and develop recruitment plan.
- Cooperate with end-user (team heads) for Job Descriptions and Requirements development.
- Prepare offer proposal for management approval.
- Research for relevant companies and competitors’ recruitment activities and prepare salary benchmarking.
- Research for market trend and recruitment channels.
- Prepare relevant recruitment reports.
- Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- At least 6 years’ recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
- Experience gained from similar industry or agencies is preferable.
- Mature, responsible and good interpersonal skill.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and strong in communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
