You will act as the licensed Responsible Officer under the Insurance Authority, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards. Your role includes overseeing financial planning, driving business development, and maintaining operational excellence. You will represent the company in dealings with regulators, auditors, and key stakeholders, while fostering a high-performance culture within the team.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field, along with a recognized insurance qualification such as ACII or ANZIIF. You should have at least 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, including 5 years in a senior leadership role within a brokerage firm. Eligibility to be approved as a Responsible Officer by the Hong Kong Insurance Authority is essential.
