• Conduct detailed business requirements analysis and documentation, working closely with International stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Liaise with the SAP technical team to ensure the alignment of business requirements with system capabilities and development plans.
• Assist in the design and configuration of SAP ERP modules, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the business.
• Participate in testing and validation activities, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the system before rollout.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the SAP system, addressing user queries and issues promptly and effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP developments and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience as business analysis,
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Deep understanding and experience with SAP (S4 HANA, Concur, Ariba, ECC) system, including its modules and functionalities.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
