Program Manager - Technology / Middle Office

• Lead the Middle Office Transformation including overseeing all requirements gathering, analysis and documentation of client onboarding projects within all in-scope entities + 15 entities
• Support program leadership: planning + designing the project plans, proactively monitoring progress, resolving issues
• Lead the effective adoption of the chosen TOM that impacts trade processing including: design, testing, and training rolled out for proposed solutions.
• Ensure good working relationships with stakeholders from across the wider business and third-party vendors
• Vendor management is a crucial focus
• Ensure that the agreed project deliverables are delivered on time, to scope and within budget.
• Manage project scope and change process where required
• Minimise project risks (RAID logs).

• 17 to 20 years of direct project, programme management and delivery experience, focusing on complex technical-related outcomes. Notably worked on large complex middle office, investment operations and technology transformations
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Highly effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability and experience to operate under stress where time is critical
• The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project team and with third party vendors
• Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling programmes
• Excellent multi-vendor management skills
