Conduct research on denim causal fashion & wash trends
Work closely with the Design Manager to set out the design strategy for each season
Create the seasonal collection and prepare presentation materials
Communicate with the factory to develop denim washing panels
Monitor and support tech-pack preparation
Initiate design ideas and solutions to achieve cost and quality targets
Coordinate with the development team to ensure the sample quality meets the brand’s standard
Actively participate in the fitting session and provide feedback and suggestions
Ensure the design and development process aligns with the timeline

Job Requirements

Graduated with Degree or Higher Diploma in Fashion Design
Minium 5 years of solid working experience in fashion design, especially in Denim and Jeans
Sound knowledge of denim wash
Proficient in design software e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other graphic design programs
Strong commercial knowledge in Hong Kong & China retail apparel markets
Creative, self-motivated and independent
