With global offices in Hong Kong, Macau, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Dongguan (Factory), Sydney, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City, we are looking for high calibre candidates to join our HK team located in Kowloon Bay.Responsibilities:To assist Project Team for Retail Fit-out project administrationTo monitor safety, quality of work progress and workmanship on siteTo organize work as per project manager's instructionTo co-ordinate with sub-contractors as per confirmed design informationTo handle materials logistics and arrange materials to siteOccasionally night work may be requiredRequirements:Diploma or above in any relevant disciplinesMinimum of 3 years experience in Retail fitting out / interior design / architecture or related fieldExperience in site coordination will be an advantageGood command of English, Chinese and PutonghuaCompetent use of computing software (MS Office)Immediate available is preferredThose with less experience will be considered as Assistant Site SupervisorWe offer competitive remuneration package (14 days Annual Leave, Double Pay, Discretionary Bonus, Group Medical Insurance, Bank Holidays, Education Assistance) to the right candidate.
