We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Administration Manager to join our client's team.   • Lead and supervise a team of sales administrators, providing guidance and support
  • Oversee supply chain management activities, including inventory management, and logistics coordination.
  • Collaborate with 3PL providers to ensure smooth transportation, warehousing, and distribution of manufacturing equipment.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery to clients
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to optimize warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges to optimize sales strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, collaborating with the sales team to understand their needs and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Continuously assess and improve sales administration processes, implementing streamlined workflows and leveraging technology solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to sales, supply chain, and warehouse activities.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in sales administration, preferably in the manufacturing equipment industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales and oracle.
  • Familiarity with working with 3PL providers and warehouse operations.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
