Handle customer service hotline includes answering enquiries and handling complaints
Update customer records in the system, including establishing service orders
Make recommendations to improve the customer experience
Follow up and ensure the smooth operation of the department
Establish reports on customer interactions and complaints
Provide administrative support and assistance

Requirements:

Form 5 or above
3 years working experience in call centre environment, including complaint handling
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Good at MS Office and Chinese typing
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Less experienced will also be considered
Attractive salary package will be provided to potential candidates
