- Implement the merchandise, buying and pricing strategies for designated categories to increase category penetration, drive sales and margin, enhance competitive edges and capitalise market opportunities
- Analyse data from various cross functional partners and formulate business strategy rooted in data, consumer insights, trend and innovation
- Provide leadership & drive innovation to achieve sales targets within the local market and develop a high performing, strongly aligned F & B team
- Oversee all operations and monitor business performance to maximise sales, costing, manpower efficiency, customer service quality standards while maintaining brand values
- Brand planning and management, organise and implement major brand activities, and promote brand building;
- Regularly assessing existing and potential POS for changes in the retail landscape, and scouting for high-potential business opportunities in coherence with Group's brands positioning
- Minimum of 9 - 13 year's relevant experience in F & B business or Food retailer
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with excellent leadership skills, management experience and ability to motivate employees
- Strong business sense and ability to interact with internal stake holders.
