Our vision is to become the premier futures firm globally and also provide comprehensive risk solutions for “going out” Chinese companies and “brought-in” international capital.職位描述1、按投資經理的指令，正確有效執行各項交易，並跟蹤交易執行和結算狀態。
2、協助投資經理密切監控市場動態。
3、與運營團隊配合，完成每日交易記錄、結算工作。工作包括完成各類型的現貨債券交易，回購/逆回購操作；涉及股票、衍生品交易，底層產品申購贖回。
4、瞭解期現套利、收益互換、期權期貨等交易結構和工具；熟悉交易策略研發、交易結構設計；能夠主導交易相關系統維護及優化、交易建議、監測交易白名單、持倉票息追索，協助投資經理更新和優化樣板投資組合、優化交易策略、以及協助完成對手方管理等。
5、部門安排的其他工作。任職要求1、本科或碩士以上學位，金融、數學、統計或相關專業。
2、具有三年或以上投資交易相關工作經驗，有債券交易的實際工作經驗，有多資產多策略的交易經驗，如有量化和衍生品交易經驗是加分項。
3、具備良好交易意識，對交易系統有較深刻的理解。
4、優先考慮持有香港證監會9號牌或通過HKSI考試的候選人；優先考慮具備Python、VBA等程式設計知識和應用經驗的候選人。
5、優秀的中英文書寫及溝通能力。
