Kerry evokes adaptability by creating a socially stimulating environment.We are looking for a Duty Engineer based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!As a Duty Engineer, we rely on you to:

Be responsible for the operations, maintenance and troubleshooting of all Hotel equipment and facilities, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire safety and minor building works
Conduct regular testing, inspection and troubleshooting of Hotel electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure their operations are in accordance with acceptable engineering standards
Conduct inspection on all operating equipment and machineries; report any abnormalities
Perform the Maintenance Work Order
Distribute repair work orders to appropriate technicians/contractors
Monitor the performance of all service maintenance contractors
Follows-up and check reason of outstanding repair work orders
Consolidate suggestions for the improvement of the system

We are looking for someone who has:

Diploma / Certificate in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in the repairing and maintenance of Hotel equipment and facilities, including 2 years of supervisory experience
Knowledge in Hotel equipment and facilities preventive maintenance, as well as Hotel operations and fire safety
Good communication skills and organizational skills
