Application deadline: 10 May 2024What you’ll do
  • Be the first point of contact with new talents looking for opportunities to grow within the Facility Management industry
  • Work closely with Talent Management and other colleagues of the HR team in driving talent development initiatives and programs
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including preparing job description, sourcing talents via various channels, pre-selecting applications, conducting interviews according to defined standards
  • Build up and maintain a close relationship with hiring managers to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in developing HR initiatives
  • Assist in creating and executing recruitment strategies & recruitment metrics
  • Prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
Key qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or any related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years of talent acquisition working experience in a sizable organization, preferably gained from a fast-paced environment.
  • A track record of successful cases in recruiting all levels of talent and by using various direct sourcing methods
Personal skills you excel
  • Curious mindset, willingness to learn and work in a team as well as the drive to develop yourself
  • Hands-on, well-organized, proactive, and detail-minded with good communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under tight timelines
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Immediately available is an advantage
