You will report to Business Learning Manager to execute, deliver and plan learning and development programmes such as soft skills and English Language Training for HAECO Hong Kong.What You’ll Do

Preparation of training materials, such as handouts and other resources to support the training programs, including on-day training support.
Analyze training records in order to monitor the effectiveness of business learning projects.
Coordinate training logistics, including venue booking, trainer and resource arrangements.
Support line manager with meeting arrangements and handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
Coordinate and deliver soft skills training
Liaise with stakeholders to provide appropriate training solutions
Update and revise the training materials as per need of TNA.

What You Need1. Functional and other Relevant Experience

2 years of solid experience in learning and development functions at sizable organisations

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

Recognised degree in Human Resources Management, Training and Development and Psychology or related disciplines
Good presentation and communication skills
Proficiency in MS365 applications e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SharePoint
Experience in Articule360 and SCORM package development will be an advantage
