Associate Recruitment Consultant - Supply Chain, Procurement & ManufacturingWe are looking to hire a Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our highly successful and well-established business.   • Working with our consultants to understand our client's hiring requirements
  • Adhere with our search methodology to shortlist and identify suitable candidates
  • Run initial phone screening, arrange face to face meetings together with the consultants
  • Consistently researching into related markets and industries to provide detailed market maps for consultants
  • Ensure the database of candidates is well-maintained and information is accurate
  • Uptake and execute CG's values, mission, and processes
  • Be part of the team, engage with the consultants pro-actively to generate the synergy and business opportunities
  • Support the consultants through the recruitment process to ensure the marketing leading candidate experience that CG is known for
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree holder or above
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Confident, outgoing, friendly, approachable and motivated by helping others
  • Strong organization skills, independent, professional and articulate
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and growth mindset will be big pluses
  • Excellent spoken and written Cantonese & English
  • Experience and exposure in the supply chain, logistics, procurement or manufacturing will be highly preferred, candidates from the retail industry will also be considered
  • Prior experience in recruitment will be seen as a plus, however fresh graduates will also be considered
