To assist in the property / Tenancy Management and maintenance of public rental housing estates, sale flat estates, and car parks as well as other business or activities
To interview, investigate and screen applications for public rental housing, sale flat as well as allocation and other related matters
To carry out enforcement duties related to squatters, clearance, restricted roads, illegal parking, obstruction, environmental hygiene and Housing Ordinance related issues
To implement housing policies as formulated by the Housing Authority

Requirements

Holder of Higher Diploma or above; or
Level 3 or above in 5 subjects in HK Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), which may include Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent; or
Grade E or above in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in HK Advanced Level Examination and Level 3 / Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in HKCEE, which may include Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B), or equivalent; or
Independent, good communication skills in writing and verbal contact, good interpersonal skills, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
Successful candidate will be seconded to Hong Kong Housing Authority and an appointment will be offered on a contract basis
Candidates with no experience would also be considered
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Immediate available is preferred
