- Asset management and commercial work
- Provide legal support across bond issuance, trading, and investment activities.
- Advise on corporate finance transactions including debt restructuring, private placements, and M&A-related financing.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation such as offering circulars, trust deeds, loan agreements, subscription agreements, and NDAs.
- Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies on cross-border transactions and legal matters.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments in capital markets and corporate finance, and assess their impact on business operations.
- Support internal teams on governance, risk management, and legal training.
- Qualified lawyer of Hong Kong with 5 years of PQE, ideally from a reputable law firm or financial institution
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
