About the companyMy client provides a variety of retail services. As part of its continued growth and adaptation to market demands, the company is seeking an Accountant focusing in General Ledger function.About the roleAs an Accountant, you will play a vital role in conducting general Ledger, month-end closing and fixed asset rerpoting.Responsibilities
  • Handle general ledger entries and maintain accounting records for several region.
  • Lead the month-end closing process and prepare financial reports.
  • Perform inventory reconciliations and keep fixed asset registers up to date.
  • Consolidate financial data and assist with group reporting activities.
  • Complete bank reconciliations promptly and accurately.
  • Support special projects, and any other ad hoc tasks.
Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline; CPA qualification is an advantage.
  • 5-6 years of accounting experience, preferably with a background in retail or FMCG.
  • Experience in general ledger functions or working in a Shared Service Center is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP is an asset.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
