The incumbent will perform daily procurement related activities and provide professional advice to users for any procurement related matter.Responsibilities
  • Conducting supplier sourcing against users' requirement through bidding exercise
  • Placing order and follow-up goods/ services delivery and issues from supplier
Requirements:
  • Experience in purchasing (Hotel purchasing experience would be as an advantage)
  • Good negotiation skills and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills both internally with operational departments and external suppliers
  • Self-motivated, proactive and independent
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
