- 負責樓宇維修保養工作
- 負責執行日常樓宇設備保養及維修, 包括冷氣或水電裝置之安裝及維修保養工作
- 持有有效建造業平安咭及A類別註冊電業工程人員執照
- 3年水電/冷氣/泥水/木工/油漆/鐵器相關的工作經驗
- 操流利廣東話, 讀寫中文
- 上班時需穿著制服
- 居住西貢或鄰近地區優先
- 每天工作9小時 (上午9時至晚上6時)
- 每週工作6天, 需輪班
- 休法定假期
