- Participate in the processing of applications and vetting of eligibility of the applicants for Transitional Housing projects.
- Handle enquiries from customers (through hotline or in-person) about the Transitional Housing projects.
- Provide support to briefing sessions and events in facilitating the launch of the Projects.
- Provide assistance in preparation of promotion materials.
- Perform logistics, administrative and support on project website and on-line application system.
- Perform data input, obtain Land Registry records, reporting and clerical support.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Diploma holder with minimum one year working experience in customer services or Certificate holder with minimum two years working experience in customer services.
- Self-motivated team player with a sense of responsibility and attentive to details.
- Good manner, communication, interpersonal and customer services skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Windows application, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
- Relevant experience in customer services is preferred.
