The ideal candidate has strong business sense, is proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.This is a truly unique opportunity: our paid marketing function is led by co-founder Roman Khan, who is a world-class marketer (frequently keynoting at the top e-commerce conferences in the world) and has successfully bootstrapped to an ecommerce of portfolio with $200M+ in annual revenue. Plus Linjer is doubling in size every year, which means plenty of opportunity for rapid professional growth.Mission:The Growth Marketing Associate / Paid Marketing Associate will play a critical role in supporting our paid marketing efforts across various channels, including Meta, Google, and other paid platforms. The primary mission of this role is to drive outstanding return on advertising spend (ROAS) while efficiently scaling our marketing initiatives.Responsibilities:

Execute on ad operations (uploading creatives, managing asset library, managing campaigns)
Oversee other people who help to execute ad operations
Oversee reporting on paid marketing performance
Identify opportunities to improve our paid marketing strategy/performance
Conduct regular analysis on performance metrics like customer repeat rate and cohort behavior

Who You Are

A tertiary degree holder
You are a fresh graduate or have up to a few years' experience (we'll tailor the role accordingly)
Fluent English speaker
You have strong analytical ability and can effectively use data to make sound business decisions
You can manage multiple work streams at once
You’re coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement and professional growth
You’re thorough and detail-oriented and are good at following processes
You’re tech literate and can learn new software with ease
You thrive in a high-growth environment and enjoy a startup team culture
