IT Project Coordinator

• Responsible for various Business Units, ensuring alignment between business objectives and IT strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support project performance and coordination
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication, gather business requirements, define project scope, implement technical solutions, and deliver nursing services as needed
• Oversee overall project management, including planning, execution, budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement in line with requirements
• Communicate, implement, and monitor policies within the project team to ensure effective execution
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Demonstrate strong experience in adapting to changing business requirements within a defined project scope
• Troubleshoot and resolve daily issues during and after project implementation, providing ongoing support for smooth operations
• Manage daily project operations in accordance with company policies

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to promote teamwork and independently resolve project challenges
