Prepare and review financial or commercial due diligence reports for our corporate, banking, public, private equity and other types of clients;
Interact with senior management of the clients and/or business owners to understand areas such as historical and projected business performance, wider commercial issues, etc;
Perform analysis of financial and non-financial business information and provide value-added insights and identify potential deal issues;
Supervise junior staff and manage the team’s resources efficiently;
Work closely with the valuation, M&A, tax, insolvency teams, etc. for joint projects and the Moore Global Corporate Finance Group for cross-border transaction support; and
Develop internal and external business networks and maintain clients’ and business partners’ relationship.

Requirements

5-year+ experience in auditing and/or financial due diligence is a must;
Professional accounting qualification(s) such as CPA is a must;
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin;
Self-driven and outgoing personality with a positive attitude in facing new challenges;
Good interpersonal skills and business development mindset; and
Candidates with less experience might be considered as Manager.
