Operations Analyst

• Responsible for the entire trade life-cycle of these trades, include Trade Validation, Trade Maintenance, system reconciliation, Client & Management reporting and break resolution

• Trade Reconciliation for all new trades booked across the assigned trading desks

• Support the Trading desk across all Middle-Office functions in a timely and accurate manner

• Manage trade lifecycle events & perform trade amendments to correct positions.

• Investigate and resolve breaks

• Work closely with Front and Back Office to resolve breaks (e.g. Cash, Collateral, Valuations, Documentation etc)

• Distribute Daily reports to the Trading desk, business partners and Senior Management

• Work closely with MO Risk and P&L to resolve issues in a timely manner

• Resolve client issues and enquires

• Manage trade unwind events such as Trioptima, working with Front office and P&L to execute successfully

• Bachelor's degree in business, Bank or a related discipline

• Minimum 1-3 years of trade support relevant experience

• Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

• Good spoken and written in Both Chinese and English

• Bloomberg and Reuters knowledge is preferred

• Solid Knowledge of basic FICC business and products (FX, Options, Rates and bonds)
