Key Responsibilities:Perform daily settlement operations for securities including HK/US/A stock.Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to trade settlements.Liaise with internal teams, counterparties to facilitate smooth settlement processes.Monitor and improve operational efficiency by implementing best practices and optimizing workflows.Participate in system enhancement projects.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in settlement operations within the financial services industry.Candidate who shown potential of leadership will be considered as Assistant ManagerStrong knowledge of market practices and regulatory requirements.Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability with attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of VBA is an advantage.Strong communication skills in Cantonese, English and MandarinAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
