  • Identifying, defining and implementing strategic choices for changing or improving the direction of Finance
  • Helping our clients apply advanced data science to derive high impact insights from their data to drive top and bottom line growth
  • Designing modernized operating models with the necessary foundational processes to allow businesses to focus on their strategic competencies and thrive
  • Serving CFO’s and their staff by improving finance business partnering & process transformation, FP&A, enterprise performance management, costing & profitability, and advanced statistical forecasting through implementing associated technologies and asset based solutions
  • Focusing on the efficiency and effectiveness of finance operations such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Close Consolidate and Report
  • Advising and supporting clients with merger, acquisition, and divestiture activity, with a specialized focus on supporting the CFO throughout the entire M&A lifecycle

  • Team with others to produce a high quality work product to ensure a superior client experience
  • Collect, assimilate and analyze relevant data and use standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions
  • Apply basic financial concepts to client and Deloitte business models; Use and apply frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas clearly
  • Value and consider the diverse perspectives and backgrounds of colleagues and clients; Apply technology fundamentals to client situations

  • Ability to gather, consolidate, prepare data and conduct basic analysis on finance transformation solutions to provide preliminary insights
  • Ability to learn, understand and apply the training knowledge of the basics of Deloitte's methodology and tools in the area of enhancing finance & performance and collaborate with team towards implementation of solutions
  • Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting, financial engineering, management, related disciplines with 2 years of consulting working experiences
  • Solid project delivery experience; having successfully worked on complex, multi-function/multi-stakeholder projects in a large corporate environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high commitment to quality client service
  • Strong track-record in effectively developing market credibility in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to motivate and lead a team with enthusiasm, drive and effectiveness
  • Outgoing character. Strong sense in business development is required. Proven track record in business development activities is a definite advantage
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a plus
