- Drive new businesses and open new doors to increase revenue and profitability.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets on a quarterly basis
- Develop bottoms-up go-to-market plans and strategies for Smart Street Lighting (SSL) and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) solutions
- Identify opportunities within clients organization through in-depth understanding of client operations and needs
- Effectively build and optimize long term, sustainable and profitable relationship with clients
- Cultivate and manage key accounts with local Public/ Private Utilities, Street lighting operators, their corresponding service providers and OEMs/sub suppliers.
- Identify opportunities, present and sell ST Engineering products and service which are key for customers success
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and product (in relation to what ST Engineering products)
- Submits accurate and timely forecast that are aligned with assigned sales quotas. Forecast sales revenue on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Drive bid strategy and assist to prepare the necessary bid documentation.
- Coordinate and assist during the bid preparation process.
- Degree with 10 to 15 years professional sales experience in Smart Street Lighting AND/OR AMI solutions related industry with successful software/hardware/Solution or licensing sales
- Experienced in selling into Large Enterprise Customers and able to analyse sales performance metrics
- Proven track record of consistently meeting sales/business objective and quotas
- Able to influence C-level executives and negotiate at the most senior levels of client management
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills
- Solid problem solving and consultative skills required
- Be able to elaborate on the Hong Kong governments directions on SMART utilities and infrastructure
- Able to advice on how to penetrate into the current and future Electric water metering and SMART lighting market in Hong Kong
- Preferably with extensive experience in Electrical, Water metering & SMART lighting focusing on streetlights will be a plus point
