We are seeking a highly driven, self-motivated Business Development Manager to lead the acquisition of new clients and partnerships in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate is someone who welcomes challenges and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Key Role and Responsibilities:Hunt and Acquire New Business:Identify, engage, and convert high-potential clients in multiple industriesBuild a robust pipeline through networking, referrals, events, and outbound initiatives.Lead the full business development lifecycle from prospecting to pitching to closing.Strategic Collaboration & Alignment:Work closely with the Senior leadership team to align business development strategies with company goals.Provide regular market insights and recommendations to refine the go-to-market approach.Client Onboarding & Expansion:Oversee smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring clear handover to operations and delivery teams.Support in creating tailored acquisition and marketing strategies for new accountsBrand Representation & Relationship Building:Represent the company with professionalism and credibility at external meetings, networking events, and conferences.Cultivate long-term potential client relationships.Reporting & Forecasting:Pipeline reporting, sales forecasting, and financial gating processesMarket intelligence and insightPresent regular progress updates, highlighting challenges and opportunitiesIdeal Candidate Profile:Language Skills:Fluent in Cantonese and English (Spoken & Written)Good communication in MandarinPersonality & Behavioural Traits:Results-orientedHigh energy, self-motivated, and capable of working independentlyResilient negotiator and confident communicatorStrategic thinker who connects day-to-day work to broader business outcomesEducation: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred.Experience:5+ years in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in sales, marketing, or services industriesProven track record of building a pipeline and closing large accounts – a network of commercial clients/brands is a bonusExperience in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment is preferredSkills:Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skillsStrong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert opportunitiesAgile, adaptable, and culturally fluent in the Asia business landscapeAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
