  • Manage CRM communication content creation and also campaign setup including eDM, App Push, SMS, WeChat and WeChat Mini Program, not limited to, but other kinds of Omni-Chat platforms, and trigger live journeys from production to delivery and post-campaign data collection and analysis.
  • Work with programmer on eDM html and user acceptable testing (UAT), make sure all tracking links are well embedded and functioned.
  • Flexibility to work on social media for owned and paid format, willing for IG reels shooting and able to do video editing is an advantage.
Customer Data Analysis and 3rd Party Collaboration
  • Consolidate and analyze customer behavioral data, generate insights for management to enhance customer satisfaction and customer purchase.
  • Provide solutions or suggestion based on data analysis to drive local / tourist (such as GBA) business and also internal indicator of monthly active user (MAU).
  • Handle joint promotion such as Mall partnership or payment gateways, etc.
Marketing Automation
  • Test recurring campaigns and marketing automation experience to match with planned journeys. Co-ordinate the platform maintenance with regional supporting teams.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fields
  • 3-5 years' working experience in CRM and Consumer Marketing, Marketing, Business, or related field – ideally with specialization in CRM, Loyalty and Consumer Marketing. Those have social media content creation are an advantage.
  • Demonstrate strong creativity and a deep understanding of digital and social media trends.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM, email marketing software).
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Energetic with positive mindset, able to be multi-tasking, work independently with the ability to work on tight deadlines and under pressure, as well as ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, along with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required; Putonghua is preferred.
