Responsibilities:

A wide range of pre-contract & post-contract quantity surveying duties of main contracts and preparing subcontract documents
Handling cost estimate, tender documents, tender analysis, main contract documents
Carry out tendering, subletting, payment applications & certificates, variations management, cost control, material procurement, contractual claims and settlement of final accounts
Liaise with the architects, consultants, sub-contractors and clients to ensure a smooth execution and delivery of project

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
3 years’ experience, experience in E&M, fitting-out & construction projects preferred
Ability to handle project coordination, and work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Immediate availability is highly preferable
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Quantity Surveying Manager
