Salary: HK$25,500.00 per month
Working hours: 44 hours per week (including meal breaks) 8:45 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. (Monday) and 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Tuesday to Friday)
Vacancy: 1Job Duties:

District Checking Technical Services

Maintain divisional records of databases.
Search and obtain reports, relevant records and engineering information from other divisions, the department library and other Government Departments.
Engineering Drawings Drafting Services

Prepare civil engineering drawings, sketches, progress and programme charts.
Assist in preparation of presentation materials and reports, such as production of charts, figures and sketches, copying, collating and assembling.
Operate and maintain the CAD system for day-to-day use. including software and hardware, and carrying out back up operations in regular period.
Maintain, update and keep records of all hard copies of issued drawings and sketches.
Compile various statistical returns.
Maintain, update the CAD system for drawing office, if necessary.
IT Supporting Services:-

To install and operate computer hardware and software and

Requirements:(a) Obtained a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent fields from a Hong Kong polytechnic/polytechnic university, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or a technical institute/ technical college, or equivalent;

Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent. "Grade E" in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to "Level 2" in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth; and
Experience in operating CAD system. (Knowledge in MicroStation or Building Information Modelling is preferable but not essential)
