- Serving customers of the financial consultant team.
- Approach potential customers, develop business, and provide quality financial advisory services to existing customers.
- Conduct financial needs analysis to understand customers’ financial status, identify customers’ financial needs and goals, and develop financial plans for customers in different life stages.
- Recommend and present financial planning solutions to customers (e.g., insurance planning, risk management, education planning, wealth management, retirement planning).
- Establish and develop long-term relationships with customers by assisting them in establishing financial goals and executing financial plans.
- Conduct ongoing communication and regular policy reviews with customers to help them keep up-to-date on their financial needs.
- Keep abreast of the latest knowledge and developments in industry regulations, professional practices, and financial products.
- 為理財顧問團隊的客戶提供服務。
- 接觸潛在客戶,開發業務,並為現有客戶提供優質的財務顧問服務。
- 進行財務需要分析,瞭解客戶的財務狀況,識別其財務需求與目標,並為處於不同人生階段的客戶制定財務規劃。
- 向客戶推薦並闡述財務規劃解決方案(例如:保險計劃、風險管理、教育規劃、財富管理、退休規劃)。
- 通過協助客戶設定財務目標並執行財務計劃,建立並發展與客戶的長期關係。
- 與客戶保持溝通並定期進行計劃檢視,幫助客戶及時瞭解財務需求。
- 密切關注法規、專業實踐及金融產品的最新知識和發展動態。
- University degree (preferably in Business, Finance, or related disciplines) with relevant work experience.
- Strong potential PRC customer network and proven track record in developing customer base.
- Possess practical knowledge of financial planning.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, endeavor to succeed in the financial services industry.
- Professional selling and presentation skill, proficient in Putonghua.
- 大學學歷(商科、金融或相關專業優先),具備相關工作經驗。
- 擁有龐大的內地潛在客戶網絡,且有成功拓展客戶群的良好記錄。
- 具備務實的理財規劃經驗。
- 良好人際溝通技巧及表達能力。
- 積極主動,以結果為目標,有成功的決心。
- 熟練專業的銷售和簡報技巧,能說標準流利的普通話。
