1. To perform IT helpdesk front line support;
2. To support end user for their PC and mobile device (notebook, mobile phone and etc.) operation: systems, hardware, applications. Email, video conferencing and other peripherals issues;
3. To assist or train end users on how to operate PCs, including OS and other common desktop applications;
4. To support maintenance of desktop PCs, patches, updates, etc;
5. To prepare user guides and/or video;
6. To work with internal and external IT system owners and/or IT infrastructure team to solve technical issues;
7. To operate and support Symantec Management Platform (formerly known as Symantec Altiris), Document Management Platform (formerly known as NextCloud) and helpdesk support system (ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus);
8. To coordinate and manage the progress of various tasks with other Helpdesk staff;
9. To provide support in-house assets management and its system.

Requirements 1. Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language, in the HKDSE, OR
2. Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007), in the HKCEE, OR;
3. Diploma/Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
4. 5 years' or above helpdesk support experience in sizeable company.
5. Solid trouble-shooting skills for both software and hardware.
6. Good knowledge of Software (iOS, Windows 10, Offices 2016, ManageEngine ServiceDesk, NextCloud, Symantec Altiris), PC desktop/notebook/iOS mobile device, and peripheral such as printer, scanner.
7. Good knowledge of mobile devices (iOS) setup and migration.
8. Good Knowledge of PC email software (Lotus Notes, CMSG), mobile email (including MCMS).
9. Good knowledge of video editing and production.
10. Good communication skill and telephone manner.
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in Adobe Illustrator (ADI);
. At least 4 years' experience in Adobe Premiere (ADP);
. At least 4 years' experience in Adobe Photoshop (APH);
. At least 4 years' experience in Lotus Notes Administration & Technical Support (LON);
. At least 4 years' experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM);
. At least 4 years' experience in Wireless/mobile Email solution (WME);
. At least 2 years' experience in Office Automation (OAN);
. At least 2 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS);
. At least 2 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10);
. At least 2 years' experience in Anti-Virus Technology (AVT);
. At least 2 years' experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 4 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS);
. At least 2 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT);
. Good coordination skills is a must.- At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 5 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
