
Senior / Account Services Manager - B2B Customer Service

- Create and update a plan to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Define key service quality measures with the customer and suggest changes if needed.
- Track service performance and manage improvement plans, involving relevant teams.
- Maintain strong communication with the Account Management team to keep them informed about important service issues and plans.
- Work with customers and internal teams to ensure resources and action plans are in place.
- Willing to work at the client's location as requested.
- Must be able to work at the client’s site and meet their service level agreements (SLAs).
- HKCEE/Diploma with at least 2 years' customer service experience in the telecom industry.
- Strong background in customer service and operations management is preferred.
- Advanced in Ms Office, especially Excel (lookup & pivot tables) and Word.
- Good interpersonal and planning skills.
- Able to work under pressure and take initiative.
- Energetic, well-organized, with strong analytical and communication skills.
- More experienced candidate may be considered for a Senior Account Services Manager role.
