- Act as the primary HR business partner for the designated business unit, managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to meet the unit's talent needs.
- Support the design, implementation, and coordination of talent management programs, including the management trainee program and internship initiatives.
- Monitor participant progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program success and talent development.
- Contribute to manpower planning efforts, including headcount forecasting and resource allocation, in partnership with the business unit.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and track key performance indicators.
- Participate in HR transformation projects aimed at enhancing processes, systems, and employee experiences across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on business partnering, recruitment, and talent management.
- Proven ability to manage the full employee lifecycle, with hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Strong understanding of Hong Kong labor laws and familiarity with regional HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with business unit leaders and cross-regional teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable.
