Partner, Payroll & HR Advisory

• Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to communicate service offerings and address client challenges effectively.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your existing network and industry knowledge.
• Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and increase revenue generation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns, thought leadership content, and industry events.

• Oversee the delivery of payroll advisory and HR advisory services, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination of services.
• Monitor industry trends, regulations, and market changes to provide proactive advice to clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a professional service provider or consulting firm.
• Strong background in delivering payroll advisory and HR advisory services to clients, including experience in employment law, HR policies, recruitment, and HR strategy.
• Demonstrated business development skills with a track record of successfully acquiring new clients and expanding service offerings.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant employment legislation and industry best practices.
• Ability to analyze complex HR challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English is essential
