- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to communicate service offerings and address client challenges effectively.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your existing network and industry knowledge.
- Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and increase revenue generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns, thought leadership content, and industry events.
- Oversee the delivery of payroll advisory and HR advisory services, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination of services.
- Monitor industry trends, regulations, and market changes to provide proactive advice to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a professional service provider or consulting firm.
- Strong background in delivering payroll advisory and HR advisory services to clients, including experience in employment law, HR policies, recruitment, and HR strategy.
- Demonstrated business development skills with a track record of successfully acquiring new clients and expanding service offerings.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant employment legislation and industry best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex HR challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English is essential
