Monitor import/export shipments with courier/logistics service provider
Prepare invoice, shipping documents and clerical duties
Work closely with Procurement team and Operation team
Generate monthly reports
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Diploma or above, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain related fields
1-3 years relevant working experience, fresh graduates will also be considered
Good Cantonese, Mandarin and English written and verbal communication skills
Familiar with MS Office application, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
Must be flexible, independent, challenging and able to work under pressure
Immediately available preferred
