- Oversee all-round operational functions, coordinate cultural programmes for local schools.
- Respond to customer enquiries as well as preparing and reviewing quotes and cost summaries.
- Supervise daily back-office activities, including procurement, inventory and logistics operations.
- Recruit and manage the candidate pool of part-time instructors.
- Maintain and raise educational standards for our cultural programmes.
- 3-5 years' work experience in event management, business operation, customer service, education or related fields.
- Familiar with event planning and related logistics and staffing processes.
- Self-motivated with an ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work outside usual hours (9:30-18:30) once in a while as needed.
