  • Oversee all-round operational functions, coordinate cultural programmes for local schools.
  • Respond to customer enquiries as well as preparing and reviewing quotes and cost summaries.
  • Supervise daily back-office activities, including procurement, inventory and logistics operations.
  • Recruit and manage the candidate pool of part-time instructors.
  • Maintain and raise educational standards for our cultural programmes.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' work experience in event management, business operation, customer service, education or related fields.
  • Familiar with event planning and related logistics and staffing processes.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work outside usual hours (9:30-18:30) once in a while as needed.
